On Sunday, the band put on a concert at
Andrews Theater, and on Monday, they per-
formed at A. T. Mahan High School. The con-
certs showcased the band’s corps of drums,
regimental marches and solos.
“Every year it’s a fantastic experience to see
them play,” comments Staff Sgt. Randy G.
Allen of the Marine Security Force. Allen has
seen the band perform during its last two visits.
He adds, “They do an outstanding job.”
TV schedule to appear in
MWR Leisure Bulletin
Because of space limitations, the TV schedule no
longer appears in The White Falcon and will be includ-
ed as part of the MWR Leisure Bulletin beginning Nov.
25. NBS will make the TV schedule available as a flyer
at all White Falcon pick-up locations in the interim.
“We’re trying to serve the viewership better by
expanding the listings,” explains Tech. Sgt. Karen L.
Fistler, NBS’ TV programming director. “In the last
few weeks, we added Channel 11,” continues Fistler.
“Now, well also include Channels 2, 4 and 6 as a part
of the schedule.” The movie-synopsis column and
radio schedule will also be reincorporated.
