íslands og Kennaraháskólans fá verri einkunn þar

sem notendum tókst ekki að ljúka öllum verkefnum

og voru ósáttir við sífellt breytilegt útlit og ósamræmi

í leiðarkerfi. Óræðar merkingar á vefsetri Háskólans

á Akureyri stuðaði notendur og hafði mikil áhrif á

heildarniðurstöður.

Eftir því sem notandinn þarf að nota lengri tíma

í að læra að nota vefsetur þeim mun ringlaðari og

óánægðari verður hann. Gott skipulag og rétt hugtaka-

notkun skipta miklu máli auk samræmis í leiðarkerfi

og innihaldi.
