Four Icelandic Sports Awards

for his contribution as coach

was awarded the Icelandic Bas-
ketball Championship Medal, the

a Menber shi p Pin to theAthletic
Gub in Akur eyr i.
Presentations of the awards
took place during the Icelandic
All-Star, Finland and Swedish
basketball games and before 3000
sports fans at the Annual K-R
Q ub Banquet i n Reykj avi k.
The K- R Cl ub has pi ayed ei ght
games at thelbval Station loang
only once to the Air Force All-
Stars. They have also played
three post season games plus
six exhibition games in Rey-
kj avi k.
ETN3 Godf r ey has coached j unior
high school ball in FVovidence,
S. C before joining the Navy.
He has a bachelor of arts de-
gree in health and physical
education from Fur man Lhi versify.
