INDEPENDENT GRADUATION EXAMINATIONS
“The Success” is the only private commercial school in Winnipeg which provides its students with independent graduation examina-
tions. The Business Educators’ Association of Canada sets and marks all graduation examinations of “Success” students. The B.E.A.
standards are admitted to be the highest in Canada.
MORE THAN 1100 PLACEMENTS IN 12 MONTHS
Directly or indirectly through our Employment Department more than 1100 Success College applicants secured office positions in 1939.
uSUCCESSf’ GRADUATES WIN IN CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATIONS
In the 1938 Dominion Government Civil Service Examinations for Stenographers for the City of Winnipeg, 192 candidates passed, of
which 106 were trained at The Success College. Eighty.six other successful candidates were trained in High Schools and other private
Commercial Colleges in Winnipeg and other Manitoba cities.
The results of the Manitoba Civil Service Examinations held on May 27th, and June 23rd, 1939, as published in the Manitoba Gazette,
show that Nora Fisher won first place and Kathleen Wortley, second place. Ainong the successful boys who wrote on the examina-
tions, Jon Bildfell took first place and Robert Pundyk, second place. These four candidates were trained in the Success Business
College of Winnipeg — another tribute to the Higher Standards of “The Success.” Fifteen (15) out of a total of thirty-eight (381
successful candidates were trained at The Success Business College. These examinations were open to all stenographers, as well as to
graduates of Commercial High Schools and Business Colleges. 'l'here are ten (10) Business Colleges in Manitoba.

Our New Term will open on Tuesday, January 2nd, and we invite you to begin your “Success” course then, or as early after that
date as it is possible for you to enroll.

If you cannot enroll on January 2nd, you may begin later, as our system of personal and group instruction permits new students
to commence at any time and to start right at the beginning of each subject. Our maximum of school students is frequently reached;
accordingly, we suggest that you advise us early in regard to the approximate date on which you expect to enroll. A personal call
at our office, or a remittance of $10.00 by mail, will reserve your desk for the date on which you desire to commence.
