Fjölmennar samkomur Islendinga
í Washington og Flórida
Orlando, Florida.
Morgunblaðið birtir meðfylgjandi
mynd frá þorrablóti í Orlando,
Flórida, sem haldið var þann 14.
febrúar í vetur. Fjölmennt var á
blótinu, en það var haldið á heimili
Schrader hjónanna, en frú Schrader
er íslensk. Um þessar mundir ríkir
mikill áhugi meðal fólks þar syðra
að Flugleiðir geri Orlando að
viðkomustað, en borgin er
miðsvæðis í Flórida og því skammt
til annarra staða í ríkinu.
