1) Welfare Controller: Minimum 4 years of experience as Cabin Crew with at least 2 years
of experience in a supervisory role. Previous experience as a social worker or counsellor
working with young adults is desirable. Fluency in English is a must and fluency in Arabic
is an asset.
2) Manager Cabin Crew: Minimum 10 years of in-flight service experience as well as
at least 5 years in a management position with a reputable airline. Training or instructor
experience in in-flight safety and/or service delivery is advantageous. Professional
qualification in leadership and/or Airline Management is required.
3) Welfare Officer: Minimum 4 years of experience in social work or counselling position.
Previous Cabin Crew experience is desirable. A broad understanding of the rules,
regulations and laws of the United Arab Emirates is preferred. Fluency in English is a must
and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
4) Cabin Crew Performance Manager: Minimum 7 years in-flight service experience as
well as at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position with a reputable airline.
In addition, Training or instructor experience is advantageous. A broad understanding of
airline operations including crew scheduling, licensing, and aviation legality.
5) Manager, Onboard Service Delivery: Minimum 10 years experience in the aviation
industry as well as at least 5 years of Cabin Crew role with a reputable airline is required.
In addition, candidate should also possess experience in in-flight services and/or product
management department. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Arabic is an
advantage.
6) Manager Cabin Safety: Minimum of 10 years experience in the aviation industry with
Operations background related to safety, as well as at least 5 years in a supervisory role
(preferably in the aviation safety area). Professional qualification in Management or Project
Management is required as well as recognised qualification in Aviation safety. Current Cabin
Crew licence is also required for this role.
7) Senior Secretary/PA: Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the capacity of Executive
assistant or Office Manager of which 3 years as an Executive secretary to a Senior Manager,
preferably in government relations, aviation or hospitality environment ideal. Minimum of
high school education and diploma in secretarial and/or administration area is required.
Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
8) Grooming Manager: Minimum of 3 years experience in related work environment and
3-5 years experience in a Cabin Crew role is preferred. In addition, candidate should also
possess minimum of 2 years experience in a Supervisory, or managerial position. Candidate
should have minimum of ‘A’ levels or equivalent education and diploma in Beauty therapy.
9) Training Manager: Minimum of 5 years experience in training and development area
within in-flight services department. Ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 years
experience in a “Lead Instructor” or “Assistant Manager” role. Fluency in English is a must
and knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
