Local travel agency offers
second trip to Copenhagen
Popular demand and a short fuse have resulted in a second special
Copenhagen tour offer by a local travel agency.
The special package consists of a seven-day visit to the Danish
city, jet travel to and from Keflavik, hotel accommodations in the
center of the city, daily break-
fast and one light meal each day.
The price for the complete pack-
age is $89 as opposed to the nor-
mal fee of $163.
Hours of operation are from noon
to 5, Monday through Friday.
Ski Club to meet
Only 40 people willbe accepted
for this trip. It will leave the
station September 8, and return
on the 15th.
Defense force members, their
dependents and civilian employees
may book for this introductory
package or obtain additional in-
formation by calling Ext. 2225,
or visiting the agency in the de-
parture lounge of the terminal.
The Keflavik Ski Club will
hold its first meeting of the new
ski year Sunday at 2:30 in the
Elementary School multi-purpose
room.
All interested past and pros-
pective members are invited to
attend. Discussion and dates of
planned trips will highlight the
order of business, and a movie
will be shown on the Labor Day
weekend trip to the glacier.
