cationing on a remote island discovers
an Oracle living at the bottom of an old
well. The Oracle takes a fancy to the
young man and attempts to help him in

Sunday—PAPERMAN—A computer error in
issuing a credit card plunges a group
of students into an intricate scheme
that leads to a dramatic confrontation

TURN The continuing drama features
the girls who agree to pose as a home-

Wednesday—OSS-117 DOUBLE AGENT—Follow-
ing the murder of some top diplomats and
two heads of state,,the OSS in Washing-
ton goes into action. Knowing that an
official of the UN is marked for ; assas-
sination, an OSS agent infiltrates the
group to become the assassin.
Friday—CASTLE IN THE AIR—A 1952 Brit-
ish comedy. Stars David Tomlinson.
Friday—SVENGALI—From the dark and ro-
mantic hideouts of Paris in the era of
Moulin Rouge, comes the strange love
story of a mad, music teacher and his
creation - a student fashioned into a
great operatic singer.
Friday—THE VAMPIRE The reappearance of
a woman's supposedly dead aunt upsets
the lady, and to calm herself she takes
a drink, which has been drugged by vam-
pires who want her to join them.

Tomorrow celebrate spring with USO's
tangy tacos and a refreshing ice cream
cone for dessert.
Don't forget USO's free pancake
breakfast Sunday followed by an hour of
worship and song. Pancakes start at 8
and are cooked by the Young Adult Out-
reach Group. Then join the Easter egg
hunt, all day until 4. Each egg repre-
sents a potential prize.

In celebration of Easter, Chaplain
McCreary will lead a discussion Tuesday
on the popular musical "Jesus Christ
Superstar." The program starts at 7:30.

style corn and seasoned mustard greens.
Dinner: beef barley soup, marinated
London steak with natural sauce, steamed
rice or mashed potatoes, creole lima
beans and Normandie carrots.
Tomorrow— brunch at 10 a.m.: cream
pea soup, chopped Bar-B-Q pork on toast-
ed bun and french fried potatoes.
Dinner: corn chowder, southern fried

boiled dinner of simmered pot roast,
vegetable gravy, paprika potatoes,
steamed cabbage wedges, buttered car-
rots, boiled onions and hot cornbread.
Wednesday—Lunch.: doubly good chic-
ken soup, beef pot pie or braised liver
smothered in onions, brown onion gravy,
cottage fried potatoes, seasoned green
beans, french fried cauliflower and hot
biscuits.
Dinner: cream of mushroom soup,
Italian style veal steaks, natural
sauce, Franconia potatoes, buttered gar-
den peas and spiced beets.
Thursday—Lunch: clam chowder, fried
or baked Icelandic fish or stuffed bell
peppers, baked macaroni and cheese, but-
tered asparagus spears and buttered corn
on the cob.
Dinner: Creole soup, chopped beef
steaks, chicken-fried beef croquettes,
brown gravy, snowflake potatoes, but-
tered succotash and seasoned greens.
Friday—Lunch: vegetable beef soup,
open face beef sandwiches, rich brown
gravy, mashed potatoes, buttered carrots
and stewed tomatoes.
Dinner: bean with bacon soup, sim-
mered spaghetti with heavy meat sauce,
baby beef balls, assorted pizzas, steam-
ed frankfurters, potato chips, broccoli
polonaise and hot garlic toast.
Youth Center happenings
The Youth Center is planning a three
day ski trip to Akureyri over the Easter
school break. The trip will leave Thurs-
day and return Sunday, April 25. For
more information on the trip, call the
Youth Center director at 5108.
Tonight at the Youth Center there is
a movie for teens, "Paper Moon." It
starts at 8 p.m.
Tomorrow, the feature length cartoon,
"Snoopy Come Home" will be at the center
starting at 2 p.m. The usual movie fee
will be charged.
Monday is the day to sign up for a
shopping trip for teens. The trip will
leave the Youth Center at 11 a.m. on
Thursday and return at 5 p.m.
There is a zoo trip for grades 1-6 on
Friday. The trip will leave the Youth
Center at 1 p.m. and return at 5 p.m.
The children will need about 250 Kr.
