Today: Super burgers and shakes—
USO'6 Red Wall Snackbar will offer
"Super Burgers" and a thick, old-fash-
ioned shake. This special will be
served from 5 to 8 p.m.
Tomorrow: Reykjanes trip—USO will
have another Reykjanes exploratory trip.
Why not explore your own Icelandic area?
Sign up now. Trip costs one dollar and
leaves the USO at 10:30 a.m. Drivers
are always welcome.
USO will also feature tacos at the
snackbar and sponsor a pet rock contest.
Prizes will be awarded for most original
name, most obedient and ugliest. Judg-
ing will convene at 1 p.m.
Also a meeting for anyone interested
in the upcoming USO pool tournament will
be held at 1 p.m. USO will revise their
tournament rules.
Sunday: Portrait-taking, lasagna—
Lee Cattell of the photo hobby shop once
again will be available for your por-
trait-taking convenience. Bring your
camera and favorite subject by the USO
between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Red Wall
Snackbar will feature waffles until 4
p.m. and lasagna from 5 to 7:45 p.m.

Monday: Mini Kef Tour—Sign up for
USO's Mini Kef Tour to learn about shop-
ping in Keflavik. The trip lasts from 3
to 5:30 p.m. and costs 50 cents. The
Kingsmen Chess Club will hold their
weekly tournament at 7 p.m.
Tuesday: Karate Demo, pinochle—
Another Karate demonstration will be
featured at the USO at 7:30 p.m. Every-
one is welcome. Because of the demon-
stration, pinochle will be played in the
music room and bake bingo is canceled.
Wednesday: Hamburger Stroganoff—•
USO's Red Wall Snackbar will present
Joanie's Original Recipe Hamburger Stro-
ganoff.
Thursday: Free Chili—Calling all
unaccompanied chili eaters. USO will
host another free chili feed, which is
sponsored by the Protestant Women of the
Chapel. Serving starts at 5 p.m. The
Red Wall Snackbar will close at 4:30
p.m. The weekly ping pong tournament
will start immediately after the chili
dinner.
Friday: Mystery Silent Film—Remem-
ber 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea? The
USO's silent film will be shown at 7
p.m. It's free.
Todays-Lunch.: vegetable beef soup,
open face sandwiches, rich brown gravy,
mashed potatoes, buttered carrots and
stewed tomatoes.
Dinner: bean and bacon soup, simmered
spaghetti with heavy meat sauce, baby
beef balls, assorted pizzas, steamed
frankfurters, potato chips, broccoli
polonaise and hot garlic toast.
Tomorrow— brunch at 10 a.m.: tomato
soup, Monte Cristo sandwiches and crisp
potato chips.
Dinner: minestrone soup, syrup glazed
rock Cornish hens or glazed ham loaf,
hot mustard sauce, parsley buttered
potatoes, Harvard beets and scalloped
corn.
Sunday—brunch at 10 a.m.: chicken
with rice soup, chili size sandwiches
and french fried potatoes.
Dinner: beef barley soup, Swiss steak
with tomato sauce, mashed potatoes,
steamed rice, buttered brussel sprouts
and fried cauliflower.
Monday—Lunch: chicken noodle soup,
Spanish veal loaf, shrimp wiggles, brown
gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned green
beans, buttered summer squash and hot
biscuits,
Dinner: cream of tomato soup, beef
sauerbraten, natural gravy, German pota-
to cakes, lyonnaise rice, German sauer-
kraut and buttered mixed vegetables.
Tuesday—Lunch: vegetable soup, chip-
per or deep fried Icelandic fish, baked
Italian sausage scalloped c^tatoes with
onions, buttered broccoli 3pears and
O'Brien corn.
Dinner: minestrone soup, battered
fried corn dogs with hot mustard sauce
or ham croquettes, baked macaroni and
cheese, seasoned garden peas and but-
tered carrots.
Wednesday—Lunch: creole soup, new
port fried chicken, brown chicken gravy,
duchess potatoes, tossed green rice,
beets with orange and lemon sauce and
buttered brussel sprouts.
Dinner: beef barley soup, pepper beef
steaks, natural sauce, golden potato
balls, buttered egg noodles, creole
hominy and fried okra.
Thursday—Lunch: cheese soup, breaded
pork cutlets, brown pork gravy, mashed
potatoes, savory bread dressing, polon-
aise cauliflower and southern style

Dinner: "Mexican Supper," knicker-
bocker soup, bowl of Texas cnili, cheese
enchilados, hot tamale pie, braised beef
liver smothered with onions, Spanish
style rice, refried beans and Mexican
com.
Friday—Lunch: Manhatten fish chow-
der, old fashioned beef stew, fried fish
balls, steamed rice or scalloped noodles
with cheese, tomatoes and bacon, but-
tered lima beans and lyonnaise carrots.
Dinner: old fashion bean soup, turkey
croquettes or veal pinwheels, vegetable
gravy, snow flake potatoes, seasoned
mixed vegetables and buttered broccoli
spears.
