CLUB BEAT
The Youth Center will sponsor a back-
to-school dance for all seventh through
twelfth graders tomorrow from 8 to mid-
night. Admission will be $2 per person.
Sixth graders may attend from 8-11
only if they bring a note from home.
SWIMMING TRIP
The Youth Center will sponsor a trip
to the swimming pool in Reykjavik and
the zoo in Hafnarfjordur for all eight
to 14 year olds Monday, from noon -
5 p.m. Permission slips are required;
all children must know how to swim. The
initial fee is $1 plus 200 Kronur for
admission to the pool and the zoo. The
group will leave the Youth Center
promptly at noon. The deadline for
signing up for the trip is Sunday at 9
9 p.m.
BALLET REGISTRATION
Ballet registration will take place
on Tuesday and Wednesday. The registra-

house program for all NATO base
residents Sept. 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. Be
sure to mark your calendar now and drop
in for a visit.
Monday—Brunch at 10 a.m.: vegetable
soup, grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
and French fried potatoes.
"Family Night" dinner: French onion
soup, grilled rib steak, baked potatoes
with sour cream, buttered corn-on-the-
cob and seasoned peas.
Tuesday—Lunch: logging soup,
braised pork spareribs and sauerkraut,
baked Spanish beef patties with natural
sauce, paprika potatoes, buttered mixed
vegetables and French fried cauli-
flower.
Dinner: chicken vegetable soup,
Newport fried chicken, brown chicken
gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed rice,

loaf or beef porcupines, vegetable

and buttered brussels sprouts.
Friday—Lunch: chicken rice soup,
stuffed cabbage, rolls or turkey scal-
lops, O'Brien potatoes, seasoned lima
beans and buttered carrots.
Dinner: pepper pot soup, barbecued
corned beef or simmered frankfurters,
hot mustard sauce, franconia potatoes,
buttered string beans and fried hominy.
Saturday—Brunch at 10 a.m.: cream
of tomato soup, chili size sandwiches
and potato chips.
Dinner: puree Mongole soup, baked
chicken, natural sauce, steamed rice

chopped barbecued pork on toasted buns
