Series starts. Over two thirds of

torial history of the nation from the
early frontier towns and the Civil War,
through all the wars, including a seg-
ment on the American Forces in battle
in Italy and Germany during World War II
to the present "Era" of television, the
shooting of Governor Wallace and the
lunar landing.
FRIDAY, 7:55 p.m.— KOJAK—Seasoned de-
tective that he is, Kojak's stock in
trade is dealing in hard, cold facts.
However, when a spiritualist reports the
details of a murder about to happen, he
starts to wonder.

calls upon the local witch doctor to
ensure that his stateside true love re-

SATURDAY: JORY—After the death of his
mother, young Jory and his father head
for the new frontier, hoping to start
a new life. Jory becomes hardened to
the ways of the West when his father be-
comes the victim of a barroom brawl, and
his two best friends are gunned down.

SATURDAY: HORROR CASTLE—The young wife
of a German nobleman finds her new home
in his castle truly one of horrors. The
mystery of the torture dungeon and its
macabre inhabitant is eventually traced

MONDAY: ASSIGNMENT MUNICH— A
Munich saloon owner skirts the law to
help the United States Government locate
the gold stolen during World War II.
His brush with the German Police opera-
tions nearly lands him in jail for

Keenan Wynn, (adult)
TUESDAY: LOST—A baby is kidnapped in
London and the police laboriously sort
through clues to solve the mystery of
who has the baby. Stars: David Farrar
and Julie Arnall.
WEDNESDAY: HOME AT SEVEN—An honest and
always punctual British banker returns
home on schedule, only to discover that
one whole day of his life is missing.
Unable to recall his whereabouts, he be-
comes the number-one suspect in a rob-
bery-homicide case.
THURSDAY: SEVEN FACES OF DR. LAO—In
this fantasy with a turn of the century
western setting, Tony Randall has a tour
de force, playing an elderly Chinese plus
six other far out characters, using at
least as many dialects. Note: Some

sive to a segment of the viewing audi-

FRIDAY: LIFE GOES TO THE MOVIES—An out-
standing presentation, history emerges in
motion pictures from the earliest halting
efforts to the magnificent, modern epics

FRIDAY: FLATFOOT—An inspector in Rome
is faced with solving a case which in-
volves shipment of narcotics to the Mafia
in Italy. Flatfoot, as he is called by
everyone, is criticized by his superiors
because of his distinctive methods of
operation. But his persistence pays off
with a frantic climax in solving this
case. Stars: Bud Spencer and Maria
Merle.
