then be available through the months of
January, February, and March.
St. Anton or Kitzbuhel
You can spend a one-week tour skiing
in St. Anton or in Kitzbuhel, the choice
is yours. If you are planning a two
week excursion, you have a choice of two
weeks in St. Anton, two-weeks Kitzbuhel
or a week in each place.
St. Anton, home of the famous
Arlberg-Kandahar Race, favors the inter-
mediate and more advanced skier. The
amatuer skier will pride himself
on conquering one of the 50 challenging
runs in St. Anton.
Those who take the ski package to St.
Anton will be staying in Pettneu at a
small family-owned and operated Tyrolean
chalet. Pettneu is a small village
only minutes away fpom the center of
'it. Anton.
Kitzbuhel, one of the most highly
rated winter sports centers of Europe,
has more than 100 runs ranging from
beginners slopes to advanced runs.
Other sports such as skating, curling,
sleighing and tobogganing are also
popular in Kitzbuhel.
Those who take the ski package to
Kitzbuhel will stay in scenic Aurach,
a suburb only three miles away from the
city. You will stay in a family owned
chalet built in the traditional Tyrolean
style . Imagine how exciting it is to
actually be hosted by a local family who
will do their best to make your stay
enjoyable!
Whether you choose Kitzbuhel or St.
Anton, you are certain to enjoy your ski
holiday accented by sleigh rides , cozy
cafes, Tyrolean folklore evenings and
tea dances.
Package Deal
Your tour will begin with a flight
leaving Keflavik in the morning and
arriving in Luxembourg around noon. You
will spend the night at the Holiday Inn
in Luxembourg and will fly to Munich the
next morning. From Munich, you will
take a bus ride to Kitzbuhel or St.
Anton.
The package price includes round trip
air fare and bus fare, breakfast and all
overnight accomodations, one welcome
dinner, and a cheese and wine party.

a tour offered through. Loftleider which
originates in New York, early bookings
are advised. Contact the Tour Office
at 4200 for additional information.
Thanksgiving in London
Monday is the last day to sign up for
the "Thanksgiving in London" charter
package planned for Nov. 23 - 27. The
package can be confirmed only if
sufficient interest is shown. If you
are planning to participate, notify the
Tour Office as soon as possible.
Call Outpatient
Clinic for
"cold symptoms”
With the winter approaching, more
adults and children will be seeking
medical attention for "cold symptoms."
The dispensary asks that if you need
treatment for such a nonemergency
type of ailment please call the
Outpatient Clinic during working hours.
The staff will then be able to arrange
for you to be seen as a walk-in patient.
This will help you to avoid a long,
uncomfortable wait. Above all they
ask that you do not use the Emergency
room for this type of treatment. The
Dispensary is the only medical facility
on the base and must be ready for
bonifide emergencies at all times.
