TODAY 7 p.m.—SPACE 1999—A botanist,
conducting experiments on communication
with plants, is haunted by a disfigured
apparition he created.
TODAY 9:05 p.m.--ROCKFORD FILES—-One
of Rocky's old cronies hires him to
help find his old friend's apparently
kidnapped granddaughter. The grand-
daughter turns up unharmed just as her
grandfather is discovered dead.
FRIDAY 11:05 p.m.—DION BROTHERS—Two
naive and illiterate brothers become
involved with a tough gang of thieves
who are bent on hijacking an armored
truck, carrying nearly one million
dollars. After the successful heist,
the Dion brothers, who never knew the
Japanese had lost the war, certainly had
no way of figuring they were being left
out of the split. Stars Stacy Keach,
Frederic Forrest, Margot Kidder and
Richard Romanus.
FRIDAY 12:35 a.m. — FOUR FEATHERS—
This rousing desert adventure, set in
the late 19th century, is the story of
a young British officer named Harry
Faversham. Faversham resigns his com-
mission before his regiment goes into
combat, and is branded a coward by his
peers. To redeem himself, he assumes
the identity of an Arab slave and spies
for the four who accused him of coward-
ice. Stars Beau Bridges, Robert Powell,
Richard Johnson and Jane Seymour.
SATURDAY 11:05 p.m.—RETURN ,T0 EARTH—
Colonel Edwin E. Aldrin Jr, the'Apollo
II astronaut who, two years after his
historic moon landing July 20, 1969,
was hospitalized for psychiatric treat-
ment. "Buzz" gradually becomes be-
wildered when his powers of reason sud-
denly begin to leave him. His decline
manifests itself in a series of black
moods, marital conflicts and depression.
Stars Cliff Robertson, Ralph Bellamy,
Shirley Knight and Stephanie Powers.
SATURDAY 12:20 a.m.—STRANGE VENGEANCE
OF ROSALIE—A teenage Indian girl named
Rosalie hitches a ride with a young
salesman and persuades him to drive her
back to her desert home on an old Atomic
Energy Commission testing ground in New
Mexico. Thus begins a series of bizarre,
violent happening which lead to great
tragedy. Stars Bonnie Bedelia, Ken
Howard and Anthony Zerbe. (adult)
TUESDAY 11:15 p .m. —CONSPIRACY OF
TERROR—Detective Sergeant Jacob Horo-
witz's promise to a young boy to search
for his missing pet leads him to a bi-
zarre discovery of murder and satanic
worship. Stars Michael Constantine,
Barbara Rhoades and David Opatoshu.
WEDNESDAY 11:05 p.m.—VISIONS: NANOOK
TAXI—Filmed in Canada's northwest ter-
ritories and cast with Eskimos, Edward
Folger's drama concerns an Eskimo hunt-
er's introduction to city life. He has
many struggles and some good times as he
tries to adapt to the new environment.
THURSDAY 11:30 p.m.—PIRANHA—A female
photographer and her brother journey
into the interior of Venezuela to cap-
ture on film the wild beauty of the pri-
mitive interior rain forest. Unheedful
of their guide's advice, they join a
professional hunter who has the cold-
blooded philosophy and traits of a
Piranha.

TODAY 11;05 p.m.—GLASS HOUSE--! power
struggle among inmates surges at a
state prison; while veteran guards turn
their backs, a sadistic and brutal pri-
soner, along with fellow hard core fol-
lowers, terrorizes others around him.

Jagger and Alan Alda.
TODAY 12:35 a.m.—DEATH SCREAM—A
young woman is murdered within earshot
of her neighbors who do nothing to
help and do not cooperate with the po-
lice. Detective Rodriguez eventually
gathers enough information to turn up
witnesses whose descriptions form the
murder's composite picture; then the
search for the killer begins. Stars
Raul Julia, John Ryan, Cloris Leachman,
Ed Asner, Art Carney and Kate Jackson.
SATURDAY 9:05 p.m.—EIGHT IS ENOUGH—
Newspaper columnist Tom Bradford has
eight reasons why life is never dull:
his children, aged seven - 23. Tommy
must pay the price of accidentally
sling-shooting a rock through a church
window, while Joannie has her own ac-
cident with an expensive sports car.
SATURDAY 10:15 p.m.—KOJAK—Theo goes
to particular trouble to head off what
seems to be an inevitable confrontation
for him and a youth who happens to be
his godson.
SUNDAY 7:35 p.m.—FAMILY HOLVAK— Think-
ing that his beloved teacher's fiance is
responsible for murdering a revenue
agent, Ramey wants to prove it despite
the skepticism and disbelief of his
story from others, including his family.
SUNDAY 10:15 p.m.—MARCUS WELBY—While
flying the Kileys to Mexico, a charter
plane pilot suffers an acute asthma at-
tack, forcing him to turn back to under-
go a complete examination.
MONDAY 7:00 p.m.—BIONIC WOMAN—Jamie
goes to Paris to break up a ring, coun-
terfeiting masterpieces. Her contact is
the artist who does the counterfeiting;
her target is the man who switches them
for the real ones. He sells them for
exorbitant prices and also has the re-
putation of being a killer.
MONDAY 10:15 p.m.—BARNABY JONES—Two
amateur western singers blaze a trail
of robbery and murder in their quest for
money to finance a demo record.
TUESDAY 7:00 p.m.—LITTLE HOUSE ON THE
PRAIRIE—When John Edwards Jr. wins a
four year scholarship to the university,
he is faced with a difficult decision:
attending or marrying Mary Ingalls.
TUESDAY 9:05 p.m.—MOVIN' ON—Sonny and
Will tow a mobile home into the heart
of Mobile, Alabama, parking it smack in
the town center, a public park. The own-
ner of the mobile home claims she owns
the land!!
WEDNESDAY 7:00 p.m.—SIX MILLION DOLLAR
MAN—When OSI scientist, Rudy Wells,
develops an atomic/bionic device to re-
store paralyzed limbs, a 16-year-old boy
is selected to receive the implant.
Steve Austin is sent to aid the youth
who ultimately places himself and Steve
in extreme danger.
WEDNESDAY 10:15 p.m.--ANDROS TARGETS—
Mike Andros solicits the help of a
singing star to get solid evidence of
manslaughter, fraud and narcotics vio-
lations against a doctor who sedates
patients with dangerous drugs.
THURSDAY 7:50 p.m.—STAR TREK—Star-
'’hip Exeter is found orbiting a "ghost
ship" whose crew has been reduced to
powder or has simply disappeared. The
answer lies in the Exeter's commander
who rule a people in constant war with a
savage foe. The entire planet appears
devastated by a nuclear catastrophy.
THURSDAY 10:15 p.m.—SHAFT—Richard
Roundtree recreates his title role from
the movie Shaft. In this series, the
daring detective's character remains in-
tact although less violence is found on
New York's streets as he solves complex
cases. Tony Curtis portrays a private
club owner involved in the hit and run
death of one of his employees. Howard
Duff plays the father of Shaft's client,
charged with murder. (Series begins
and runs seven weeks.)
FRIDAY 7:00 p.m.—SPACE 1999—Alpha's
uncontrolled flight comes to a sudden
halt and its power plummets when it
approaches an unidentified planet.
FRIDAY 9 :05—ROCKFORD FILES—After
fulfilling a commission to purchase a
valuable sculptered bird at an auc-
tion, Rockford is attacked by assailants
who break it and then flee.
