Beginning Aug. 26 and ending on
Sept.5, the athletic division announces
the 1978 NAVSTA Olympics.
Competition will consist of track
and field, swimming, golf and racquet-
ball. All base athletic officers should
start formulating entries and teams into
each Olympic category.
The Olympics can only be won by teams.
Participants will be permitted to repre-
sent only their ressertive commands.
Base athletic officers may pick up
entry forms at the base gym.

The popular "Anything Goes'1, a sport-
ing show which teams of contestants
participate in sports and games catego-
ries, is scheduled for July 29 through
Aug. 5. Some of the events to be held
include inner tube races, banana races,
two-men wheel barrow around an obstacle
course, honeymoon race and piggy-back
races.
Athletic officers should submit their
10 best athletes, six men and four wo-
men, to the athletic director no later
than 5 p.m. July 24. Tenant activities
not having women will be permitted to
recruit.
