Flights will depart every Friday from Oct. 13 through Nov. 17. Tours are also scheduled Dec. 1 and Jan. 19. Flights re- turn to Keflavik on the following Mondays. Included in the price are air- fare, departure tax, hotel accom- modations, three breakfasts and three dinners. W THANKSGIVING IN LONDON If you are planning to go to London for the Thanksgiving holi- day, Nov. 23-26, the Tour Office asks that reservations should be made as soon as possible. If there are not enough bookings by Tuesday, the tour will be canceled. For more information, come bv the Tour Office or call 4420 or 4200. ICELANDIC SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA The first season concert by the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra will be held Thursday. Rafael Frubeck de Burgos is the conductor for the performance and the soloist is Stephen Bishop Kovacevich. The program is as follows: Beethoven, Piano Concert //5 and Beethoven, Symphony //5. The next concert will be Oct. 19. Performances will then be held every other Thursday. Tick- ets for all concerts may be pur- chased at the Tour Office one week before each performance. According to Deputv Fire Chief Haraldur Stefansson, base resi- dents will be notified at 5*30 Monday by both radio and television alerts as well as a one-minute siren in addition to cruising fire trucks, using flashing red lights. The deputy further states that families are greatly encouraged to find and establish secondarv fire escape routes at their homes. Families should determine that their secondary avenues of escape are free of obiects or other ob- structions . After exiting via the secondary avenue of escape, families should gather outside for a head count and time their exit. gow, four days. Rosenblatt will visit Keflavik to hold Yom Kippur services is as fol- lows : Tuesday, at 8 p.m., Kol Nidre Wednesday, Yom Kippur services will be hosted from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (with breaks).
