Enlisted Dining Facility ODIN1S TABLE: Fried Ysa, fried potatoes, cold slaw and milk shake. Or have a quarter chicken in basket, French fries, cold slaw and beverage. ODIN'S TABLE is open Monday through Friday for both lunch and dinner. LUNCH: Corn chowder, fried or baked Icelandic fish, baked macaroni and cheese, scalloped pota- toes, and seasoned French fried greens. SPEEDLINE: Hamburgers and cheeseburgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwich, fish and chips, chicken in a basket, and potato chips. DINNER: Creole soup, chicken fried beef steaks, steamed knockwurst, brown gravy, snowflake pota- toes, buttered succotash, and seasoned asparagus. BREAKFAST: Assorted chilled fresh fruit, assort- ed chilled fruit Juice, fried eggs to order, as- sorted omelets, fried bacon slices, grilled sau- sage, grilled ham slices, hash brown potatoes, hot griddle cakes, and hot hominy grits. BRUNCH: In addition to breakfast items: Reuben sandwiches, and potato chips. DINNER: Minestrone soup, barbecued beef cubes, braised spareribs, sauerkraut, buttered egg noo- dles, fried hominy, and seasoned green beans. BREAKFAST: Assorted chilled fresh fruit, assort- ed chilled fruit juice, fried eggs to order, wes- tern omelet, fried bacon slices, grilled sausage, corned beef hash, hash brown potatoes, French toast, and hot oatmeal. BRUNCH: In addition to breakfast items: Chili size burgers, and French fried potatoes. DINNER: Vegetable soup, Swiss steaks with tomato sauce, Southern fried chicken, whipped potatoes, club spinach, and seasoned mixed vegetables. LUNCH:. Manhattan clam chowder, veal loaf, sea- soned brown gravy, barbecue spare ribs, buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, buttered summer squash, and corn bread. DINNER: Chicken noodle soup, sauerbraten, natu- ral gravy, German potato cakes, German sauer- kraut, peas and carrots. SPEEDLINE: Hamburgers and cheeseburgers, hot dogs, fish and chips, chicken in a basket, fried corn dogs, and potato chips. LUNCH: Vegetable soup, chlppered Icelandic fish, fried Icelandic fish, scalloped potatoes with on- ions, buttered broccoli spears, and O'Brien corn. DINNER: Cheese soup, glazed ham loaf, beef por- cupines, vegetable gravy, mashed potatoes, but- tered. carrots, and ranch style black eye peas. LUNCH: Creole soup, Newport fried chicken, sea- soned chicken gravy, barbecue pork slices, toss- ed green rice, beets with orahge and lemon sauce, seasoned black eye peas, and hot corn bread. DINNER: Beef barley soup, pepper beef steaks, natural sauce, Turkey gravytoes, O'Brien pota- toes, Creole hominy, seasoned Brussels sprouts, and open face Turkey sandwiches.
