Specom tops the teams in the International and Medical and Supply 62 are dead- locked for the top spots in the National. American League In the American league this week, the 932nd Rockville squad added to its lead by taking three games from IceDeFor. Rockville was powered by John Reser's outstanding 244 and 609, and Jim Allen's 225 and 573. AFI It 1, currently in second place, captured three games against Food Services as Chuck Par- ker rolled a 523 and Tom Parsons a 203; and third place h'eather suf- fered a setback., losing 3-1 to an inspired 960th AWACSS 61 team. Rill Jasner, 213 and 50ft, Phil Charron, 528, John Wright, 204 and 564, and Ron Fye, 546, led the AWACSS. Consistent Bob Plante con- nected for 533 for Weather. Meanwhile, Walter Dill's 213 was wasted as AIMD drooped three to the VP-9 Golden Eagles; and the Nav- CommSta Leftovers beat NavFac #1, 3- 1. Carl Barger paced the Left- overs with a 207 game, and Greg Anderson's 516 and Phil Blauvelt's 214 and 553 topped the facility. North Atlantic League CommSta NRK I11, CFK, and the 57th FIR 64 hold down the first three positions in the North At- lantic league. Doug Drewry's 567, Dan Smith's 554, and Dave Shelley's 534 guided CommSta to a shutout over the Of,0th AWACSS 64 and helped to increase their lead. Harry Jeffery bowled a 507 series for the losers. Meanwhile, CFK helped its own cause by capturing three games from the Navy Exchange as Leo Fazz con- nected for a 519 and Russ Hawver a 507; and the 57th FIS 6*4 scored a 4- 0 decision against the 960th AWACSS it3 behind Joe Floirendo's 573 and Doug Stacer's 211 and 541. Jim Rich, 222 and 514, naced the AWACSS. In other nlay, the Black Knights shutout Club Management as Otis Wilson rolled a 533; Paul Dennis helped Security to a 2-2 split with Medical; and Air Ops "1 and Air Ops -**2 split. International League After 10 weeks of howl in ft, Snecomm, AFI and Det. ]4 hold down the first three positions in the International league. Snecomm strengthened its hold on first place this week with a 4-n shutout over Admin. The win was naced by Herb Haro with a 2nQ, ?1S and outstanding 593 series.
