WEEKLY DECEMBER 12-19 ENTERTAINMENT SUPPLEMENT ENLISTED DINING USO CLUB SPECIALS TODAY LUNCH: French union soup, Italian spaghetti with meat sauce, assorted pizza, corn and zucchini. DINNER: Manhattan clam chowder, Swiss steaks, tomato gravy, veal cutlets, potatoes, cauliflower and peas. SATURDAY BREAKFAST: Assorted fresh fruit, assorted fruit juice, eggs to order, cheese omelets, grilled sausage, broiled bacon, grilled bologna, hash browns, French toast and oatmeal. BRUNCH: In addition to the breakfast items: cream of tomato soup, chili sandwiches and potato chips. DINNER: Navy bean soup, baked chicken, chicken gravy, beef sukiyaki, steamed rice, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and Brussels sprouts. SUNDAY BREAKFAST: Assorted fresh fruit, fruit juice, eggs to order, western omelets, fried bacon, grilled luncheon meat, broiled sausage patties, pancakes and potatoes. RUNCH: In addition to the breakfast items: ef vegetable soup, chopped barbecue pork on oasted buns and French fries. DINNER: Beef barley soup, grilled Tom Tom steaks, onion gravy, baked potatoes, sour cream, cream-style corn and spinach. MONDAY LUNCH: Egg drop soup, fried Icelandic fish, green rice, broccoli spears and French fried carrot sticks. DINNER: Bean soup with bacon, topless pork sandwiches, brown pork gravy, potatoes, black-eye peas, greens and corn bread dressing. TUESDAY LUNCH: Pepper pot soup, corn beef, potatoes, cabbage and boiled carrots. DINNER: Corn chowder, Italian spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, Italian sausage, potatoes, mixed vegetables and garlic bread. WEDNESDAY LUNCH: Cream pea soup, cherry baked ham, cherry sauce, beef stew, steamed rice, fried okra and corn bread. DINNER: Beef noodles soup, baked chicken, braised liver, onion gravy, potatoes, beets and broccoli. THURSDAY LUNCH: French onion soup, roast beef, gravy, roast turkey, baked potatoes, sour cream, green beans and stewed tomatoes. INNER: Knickerbocker soup, knockwurst, r.uerkraut, wiener Schnitzel, gravy and 'ixed vegetables with mushrooms. Just for the fun of it come in and help us decorate anytime this week. You can string popcorn, unkink the lights, or do any of the things you'd do if you were home. We can use the help. Today—Experience the USO's renowned Fish Fry from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. or until the fish are gone. Saturday—Tacos and milk shake special 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Featured flavors are Blueberry, Peach, Raspberry, Pineapple, Strawberry, Cherry, Walnut, Carmel and Butterscotch. Of course, the favorites of chocolate and vanilla are also available. Also, conquer the "hot" Taco and Taco burger special 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The sauce is a real challenge. Sunday—All the waffles and topping you can eat for only a dollar. Toppings are Apple, Blueberry, Peach, Pineapple, Cherry, Strawberry, and Raspberry. Also, SANTA CLAUS and one of his elves will be at the USO from 2 p.m. Bring the children; have their picture taken with jolly old St. Nick. Tuesday—Today is the birthday of a very famous person. Guess who - win a free can of soda. Wednesday—Paper airplane flying contest to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the Wright Brothers first flight. A prize if you can keep your plane up for a minute or more. Rev up at 7. Also, the USO is proud to introduce the sandwich fit for a Viking! Chuck's hot hoagie grinder special is featured from 5 to 9 p.m. YOUTH CENTER Saturday—The Matadors perform at 2 p.m. Don't miss this group's variety of crazy country, fabulous 50's and super-star salute musical per- formance. Grades 5 and 6 Disco 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday—Grades 7 and up: Mixed partners' foosball tournament. There are many other games offered for your children's enjoyment. Monday—Adult Slijnnastics day. Six years through grade 2 come and play blind man. Grade 5 and 6 enjoy "Challenge the Champ". Arts and Crafts today. Tuesday—CLOSED. Wednesday—Six years through grade 2 enjoy Teaspoon Flip. Grade 3 and 4 its Storytime. Grade 5 and 6 make Christmas cards. This evening is the teen pool tournament. Thursday—Kiddie games at 3:30 p.m. Grade 5 and 6 do gift wrapping. Teens join in a boy vs girl chess tournament. Bread dough class. Friday—Free movies today. Christmas craft work- shop. Disco night for teens from 7 to 11 p.m. The Recreation Department Youth Center will have an Open House from 7 to 8 p.m. on December 20. Parents of teens are invited. A light refreshment will be served. MATADORS The Matadors, a lively variety USO show will be performing aboard the NATO Base this week.
