Policy & Regulations (SECNAVINST 5720.44A),
classified ads and home business ads arc available
free of charge to personnel of the military com-
munity for the sale of personal items and services,
provided such items and services represent an
incidental exchange among base personnel and
arc not commercial business operations.
Home businesses that meet this criteria and
are authorized by the NAS Keflavfk Legal Office
to operate on base may advertise their services,
free of charge, in The White Falcon.
To advertise your home business, you must
bring a copy of your authorization letter to The
White Falcon office, located in Bldg. 936.
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m. Deadline for ads is 5 p.m. Thursday for
the following week’s edition. Home business ads
will run for five weeks. All other ads will run for
three weeks. To continue an ad, you may resub-
mit it by phone or in person. If you expect to PCS
soon or sell an item, please contact The White
Falcon staff at ext. 4612 so the ad can be removed.
