by Bob Vargo
Elton Dorsey and Clate Torbeck
clashed with their closest rivals
in last weeks action and came out
victorious taking 714 points from
Hal Hoffman, who subbed for
John Emmert, and Clint Neal.
19 Point Lead
Dorsey tossed a 539 and Tor-
beck had a 515 to edge out Hoff-
man with his 534 and the 507 by
Neal. Dorsey and Torbeck now
lead the league by a whooping 19
points.
Mod Fullecido banged out a 536
as he and partner Neal Taylor
split with Norm Martin and
Marty Carr. Martin rolled a 233
game in a 553 series to pick up
3 extra bonus points.
Nadolski Team
Dave Nadolski continued his
steady bowling with a 556 as he
and Bill Burger took their match
7 to 5 from Ed Hunt and Tim
Rogers.
Fred Boll smashed a 540 and
Larry Becker helped with a 504
as they trimmed 9 points from
Tom Hockett and Joe Ralph.
Hockett and Ralph were second

currently in the cellar which
amazes everyone including them-
selves.
High Scores
Norm Martin had the high game
for the week with a 233 and Dave
Nadolski took high series with
his 556.
The scores were down a little
this week but you can’t expect
bowlers of their caliber to find
their scores go anywhere but up.
TWO MORE ON THE SCORE-
EOARD—Ed Setaro of Operations
racks up two more points and is
on his way to his record breaking
performance against the Marines.
Setaro scored 50 points to set a
season high for the Intramural

Admin /Sec Remains! Unbeaten;
Upsets Highlight Second Week
The second week of action in the Intramural Basketball league found most of the
top teams falling with only Admin/Sec sliding through unscathed. Still half of the
teams in the league have a good shot at the crown and the end of the season is a
long way off.
The first game of the tripleheader on Sept. 27 pitted Operations against the 57th
FIS. Despite a 28 points outburst by Setaro of Operations, 57th edged out a 51 to 48
win. Tim Vincent led a balanced attack with 14 points by the 57th.
The second game brought to-
gether the High School and Nav-
SecGru and although the young
men put up a valiant battle, they
were outscored 62 to 40. Shaw
led the winners with 21 points
while Rogers topped the boys with
15.
