The day is dedicated to tourism and travel-related leisure activities in the Reykjavík Capital Area with the objective to introduce local residents to all the fun things within the city limits. The Traveller’s Day programme is family-oriented, exciting and very inexpensive. Different leisure activities will be offered at discount prices (or free) and most programs are free for children accompanied by adults. Here are some of the exciting activities available.
