Diabetes Education
A series of diabetes education
classes will be held Nov. 1,8,15
and 22 from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. at
the Naval Hospital. Learn how
to manage diabetes, healthy eat-
ing habits and how to prevent
complications from diabetes.
Chapel Harvest Festival
The Chapel is holding a har-
vest festival October 30 in the
Chapel Annex. The festivities
begin at 5:30 p.m. for children
7 years old and younger. The
Veggie Tale's Movie: "Where is
God when I'm scared" will be
shown with a children's parade
to follow. Doors open to all from
6:45-8:30 p.m.

to fill out a portability form
to end your enrollment here.
When you reach your destina-
tion you will then enroll into
TRICARE in that region. New
parents, make sure your child
is enrolled in DEERS. Check
with PSD/MPF to do that so
your child can be enrolled in
TRICARE. Tell us how we're
doing at TRICARE. Come in
and fill out a beneficiary com-
ment card. We need to know if
we're taking care of your needs.
