10,000 Laps and
Counting. Tim Vohar has
been swimming at the base
pool regularly since 1998. He
usually swims 3 times a week
for at least a mile (32 laps).
He reached the 10,000 lap
mark on Nov. 13. LCDR
Vohar works at IDF, and says
he started swimming back in
'92 when he was in charge of
remedial PT. No one ever came
but Tim was always there and
figured he might as well swim
while he waited. He's come a
long way since then, and
we're glad to have him as one
of our regular lap swimmers.
