TO THE VICTORS - OMD, champions of the American
intramural touch football league, collected their
trophies at the post-season banquet Thursday at
the 56 Club. Capt. Jack McDonald made the a-
wards.

IM Basketball Games of the Week
The Supply Blue Dragons upset
the NSGA Minutemen, 38-37, when
Bobby Bortell banked in the first
of two free throws with one sec-
ond to play to ice the game. Da-
vid Devaney had practically put
it in cold storage for Supply by
popping in 23 points on 25-foot
set shots.
Usually hot-shooting Brad Flo-
to was held to six. Mike Bohn led
the Minutemen with 11.
Noteworthy performances of the
week include: Jerry Beck of Com-
FairKef, 20 and 22 points; Gary
Hitcher and Jim Freeman, 19 for
AirOps; and Jim Henthorn, 26, and
Jesse Swain, 24, also for AirOps.
Led by Vern Chewning, 23, Doug
Nelson, 20, and Gary Witcher, 17,
the Base All Stars were too much
for an outclassed Valur Club Bas-
ketball team Sunday. Valur's Jan
Porir with 25 was high for his
club which lost 86-53. The full
court press of the All Stars for-
ced many turnovers as they opened
an insurmountable 38-18 halftime
lead.
The NATO base lady all stars
edged the Reykjavik all stars for
the second straight week, this
time by 25-24. Jan Moncier was
outstanding with 10 points and
numerous steals. Kate Gudrinn was
high with 9 for Reykjavik, which
trailed at the half, 11-6.
