NATO fails to
NATO tried to find the right ingredi-

The ladies game started on time but
the ability to score started late for
the NATO women's team.
At half time the score found IKA up
24 to 16 over NATO.
a zone defense and a fast breaking
offense. NATO countered with playmaking
and the shooting of Cherie Autry to stay
close but the IKA ladies pulled out the
victory.

Volleyball season will begin on Mar.
15. Catogories of competition will cone
consist of mens, ladies and NATO leagues.

Six men have qualified for the champ-
ionship one-on-one play scheduled for
2 p.m. Sunday. They include Ned
Shelgren, Det. 1; Lewis Bosquet, AIMD;
Mark Hopkins, Postal; Wes Reed, Public
Works; Jerry Jackson, Supply; and Wes
McPherson, 57th FIS.
For all those that are better at team
play a three on three basketball tourn-
ament will be conducted on March 19.
You may sign up for the tournament at
the base gym.
