Recreation Notes
Craftech Programs
Learn Photography Classes will be offered for all
interested personnel in learning black and white
photography or basic color. Please contact the
Craftech Photo Shop at 7584 for more information.
Craftech Arts and Crafts Contest will be held
Nov. 5 at the P.T.S.O. Bazaar. Judging will be in
these categories: stained glass, ceramics, needle
crafts, leather work, woodworking, drawing and
painting, miscellaneous and youth entries. Awards
will be given in each category. Sign up sheets are
available at the Craftech Sales Store. Start planning
for this event and complete your Craftech project for
display.
Locker rental fees are due at the end of each
month. If you have no need for the locker turn in
your key, we have patrons waiting for lockers.

contact the Hobby Sales Store representative
at 7584.
Youth Notes
Haunted House will be opened tonight from 7 to 10
p. m. and tomorrow from 6 to 8 p. m. for children of
all ages and from 8 to 9 p.m. on Saturday for teens
only. A 25 cent admission fee will be charged.
Costume Parade will be held at the Fall Carnival
tomorrow. Sign up will begin at 1:30 p.m. Judging
will begin at 2 p.m. All ages can enter and prizes
will be awarded.
Teengo will be held Wednesday from 7 to 9 p. m. If
you have ever played Bingo then you will enjoy our
version. Come in and join in the fun and prizes.
Jazz Dance classes are held every Tuesday for
teens and adults. Teen classes start at 6:30 p.m.
and adult classes start at 7:30.
Terrible Teen Tennis Shoe Contest will be held
next Friday beginning at 8 p. m. Prizes will awarded
for the worst pair of tennis shoes.

Every Tuesday at the Windbreaker is ‘Rotator Night’
and they offer a Prime Rib dinner special.
Every Wednesday is ‘Jet-lag night.' All newcomers
to Iceland are welcome to come and Introduce
themselves.
Saturday is "Family Night” and the club offers an
"AU-You-Can-Eat" buffet. Everyone is welcome to
come enjoy a night out with family.

Every Wednesday is "Steak Night" at the O'Club. We
also have an ‘All Hands Brunch’ on Sundays from
10:30 a. m. to 3 p. m.
Bowling Center
Haunted Moonlight Tournament will be held
tomorrow at the Bowling Center. To sign up or for
more information, call the Bowling Center.
KMBA No-Tap Tournament will be held next
Saturday at 7:30 p. m. Sign up at 7 p. m.
5th Frame Bowling is from 11 a.m.
every Friday. Make a strike in the 5th
receive free game tickets.
Family Bowling will be held Monday from 11
p.m. Children under 16 get to bowl free wl
accompanied by their parents.
Dime Bowling is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. every
Tuesday. Every third game will cost a dime.
Yellow Headpin Bowling is from 11 a.m. to 5p.m.
every Thursday. Win a free game on a strike with a
yellow headpin.
3-6-9 Flag Bowling is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
every Thursday. Make a strike on the 3rd, 6th and
9th frame and receive an Icelandic or American flag.
Free Bowling Clinic will be offered tomorrow at 2
p.m., and Wednesday at 5 p.m to 6 p.m. Please
sign up for either clinic at least 30 minutes prior to
the scheduled starting time.
Happy Hour Bowling is on Monday, Thursday and
Friday from 10:30 p.m. to midnight and on Tuesday
from 9 p.m. to midnight. Bowl for half-price.
Free Game Cards are only valid in the Bowling
Center from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. Cards may not be
used with other programs or special offers.
