Announcements Beginning tomorrow all "POV" registrations and transfer of ownerships will be moved from the present office facilities at Gate Two, known as the "Njardvik gate, to the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Keflavik Airport. The Military Member of the Year Banquet, sponsored by the USO and AT&T, will be held Feb. 12 in the Three Flags Club, beginning at 6 p.m. Reserva- tions need to be turned in by tomorrow. The American Red Cross will offer an HIV/AIDS instructor course in March. A prerequisite to this course is completion of Instructor Candidate Training.
