A life with service
After 44 years of service in the base exchange
system, Trausti Bjomsson bids his final goodbye
to friends from the NATO Base at a retirement
ceremony last Thursday at the Three Flags Club.

The commissary will adjust their hours for
the Easter weekend. Today, the store will be
open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Tomorrow, the
jtore will be open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The FSC has a single parent support group
that meets every Friday from 2:30 - 3:30 in the
afternoon. The new parent support team is
looking for volunteers. If you’re interested, call
Linda Forstner at the FSC. There’s a Home
Alone Workshop on April 7 from 1-5 p.m. The
FSC also has a Dress for Success Class on
April 11, from noon -1 p.m. Call ext. 4401 for

The Keflavik Youth Athletic Association will
have registration for floor hockey starting
Monday. Registration forms are at the Mini

The A. T. Mahan Elementary School holds
Prime Time (Puffins Reading Improves
Monday Evenings) every Monday from 6:30 to
8:30 p.m.
