4) Peningamagn (Ml), þ.e. samtala seðla og myntar í umferð og veltiinnlána í innlánsstofnunum. Ml, i.e. notes and coin plus demand deposits.
5) Peningamagn og almennt sparifé (M2). M2, i.e. Ml plus general savings deposits.
6) Peningamagn og sparifé á almennum bókum og uppsagnarreikningum (M3). M3, i.e. M2 plus time deposits.
