The dominating countries have been Denmark,
Great Britain, and Spain. Trade with each of these
has exceeded 20 million kronur. More than two-
thirds of the imports have come from Denmark and
Great Britain, and almost exactly one-third of the
export trade is with Spain. The next three impor-
tant customers are Norway (12 million), Sweden
(6 million), and Italy 5% million).
Commercial statistics for 1924 have not as yet
been published, but according to available informa-
tion the exports during that year amounted to
82.000.000 currency kronur, which is equal to about
44.000.000 gold kronur on the basis of a monthly
average of the rate of exchange. According to the
same sources the exports during 1925 amounted to
71.000.000 currency kronur, or 51.000.000 gold
