lation program recently
hit top gear and Laugar-
dalshöll—one of Reykja-
vík’s biggest indoor sports
halls—has been turned
into a mass vaccination
centre.

The smooth running of
the Laugardalshöll opera-
tion is the responsibility
of head nurse Anna Ólafs-
dóttir. We spent time with
Anna and her team as they
took care of some 10,000
Reykjavík residents over
the course of a day.
