This countryside swimming pool uses pure, fresh and warm mineral spring water, known
for its health benefits and healing powers. The pool is only open during the summer;
consult its Facebook page for further information.
A great new outdoor area has been added to this pool complex, including two hot tubs
and a splash pool. The swimming pool is indoors but has large windows allowing for a
nice view over the town.

Located on the northern side of the Snæfellsnes peninsula, the cozy Grundarfjörður
swimming pool includes two hot tubs. It is adjacent to the town’s campsite.
This pool complex has a 25 x 12-meter outdoor pool, two hot tubs with pure water straight
from the earth, a children’s paddling pool, an indoor pool and a large waterslide. The water is
unique, sourced from a nearby mineral spring and certified as having various health benefits.
