Only butter produced in dairies is covered by the figures in the table. The figures for the pro-
duction of hay, polatoes and lurnips are frora the Agricultural Statistics of the Statistical Bureau which
are based on the yearly tax returns. The data for milk, mutton, wool, sheep skins and butter are from
other sources, the figure for rautton being partly estimated. The figure for the production of eggs is
wholly estimated.
