the Government and the Iceland Bank of Development, incl. P.L. 480 loans, and also the counterpart of various grants.
Notes:
The following changes have been made in the table: Figures in columns 2 and 5 which formerly included only
the current position of the Treasury and Government institutions and investment credit funds will from now on also in-
clude securities issued by those sectors and securities will not appear as a separate item in the table.
Cheques for clearing in the Central Bank are now included in the net position of deposit institufions.
