mer days. Put the energy and enthusiasm
of students to work for you.
Students are willing to do just about
any sort of work from part-time duties
around the house, to career-oriented jobs.
Every summer, students provide a
wealth of talent, knowledge and ingenui-
ty that every employer can tap.
So, for fast, temporary relief from nag-
ging summer jobs — put them in the
hands of a studentí

Mr. Einar Arnason has stepped
down as Chairman of Lögberg-
Heimskringla Board of Directors but
he will assume the position of Editor
on August lst of this year. Mr. Ar-
nason has been Chairman for some
fime now and can proudly look back
on his accomplishments. Seldom
before has the publication been on as
solid ground as it is today, and
although Mr. Arnason has not single-
handedly turned things around for
the better, he has been one of the
hardest working and most dedicated
Directors during the last few years.
Mr. Neil Bardal, who now is the
Chairman of the Board, is certainly
not a newcomer. He has been on the
Board for quite some time and is very
dedicated and enthusiastic. During
the last few years Mr. Bardal has
been very involved in the affairs of
Icelanders in North America. He was
President of Frón in Winnipeg and is
Vice-President of the Icelandic Na-
tional League.
