The Waterfront Centre, sponsored by the Betel Heritage Foundation, is a
unique and exciting concept envisioned to provide supportive housing for
seniors within a community environment.
The Centre was designed to promote and preserve the rich history and
heritage ofthe Icelandic culture.

The Waterfront Centre provides beautiful

Traditional rentals range
from 573 sq. ft. to 681 sq. ft.
Life Lease units range
from 950 sq. ft. to 1194 sq. ft.

Manitoba it will open August 2000 and
remain open daily until Septcmber.
Specific hours of operation during off
season have yet to be determined.
Coffee Shop —Main Floor
Will open in August 2000.
New Iceland Heritage Museum
Main Floor—Dynamic exhibits will
interpret the unique story of New Iceland.
Lady ofthe Lake Theatre
Main Floor—a sixty-seat theatre
equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visu-
al equipment.
