New League
The new league will start Sep.
1 with three man teams rather
than two man teams. All personnel
having an average of 165 or over
are eligible to participate.
The league’s scoring system is
based on the Peterson Point
scoring system whereby each man
and team is awarded point for
outscoring their opponents. Bonus
points are also given for games
over 210 and series over 600.
Spectator interest is also evident
by the number of people who come
down to the lanes to watch Kefla-
vik’s own “CHAMPIONSHIP
BOWLING.” Anyone who has the
time is welcome to come down and
watch the action, Wednesday
nights at 5:15 p.m.
