Noel Coward, the British actor and playwright,
has been invited to a "vegetable and egg dinner
with fruit desert," a STARS AND STRIPES report-

The invitation, issued by Brooklynites of the
35th Infantry Division, fighting somewhere in
France, followed Coward's aspersions to their
