Then the oaptaiin surremdered. A heavy gale was btowing. After a while the Hudsom wias relieved by a Cataiina flyimg boat and shortly afterwiards a British wnarship arrived on the spot. Because of the bad weather the British ship had tio wiait for several hours umtil she ooiuld approadh the U- Boat. The U-Boat wias then tiowed safely to a British port. Vireless Strike in Norway On the 2nd September the Swiedish newispaiper ‘Svensfea Dagbladet’ repiorted that Nor- wegian iwireless listeners had ’gone on strike’ amd that rthis wais spreading rapidly.
