alleged Icelandic lottery was to pay
out Missouri residents, winners of the
so-called Icelandic office of the MTA
Sweepstakes, after a one-time-handling
fee of USD 1.000.00. “Winners” received
fake cheques under the name of the
Icelandic Lottery.
