PANETTONE WITH GIANDUJA
AND HAZLENUTS
Sandholt Reykjavík is a small family owned bakery and coffeehouse in the heart of Reykavík.
It was founded in 1920 and is now run by the fifth generation.
This christmas we will produce three kinds of Panettone. Two classic types, one with citrus fruits and
raisins, the other one with chocolate and one new, limited one containing Gianduja and hazelnuts.
This year Birgitta Sif Jónsdóttir illustrated the panettone box for us with the theme “The child in
ourselves.” Her first children’s book Óliver was nominated for the Nordic Council´s Children and
Young People´s Literature Award 2013.

donated to the children´s hospital.
