attended the U. S. Naval Fbst
Graduate School in Monterey,
Calif., obtained a B. S. degree
in Meterology and was promoted
t o Li eut enant Commander.
Ltcdr 21ch became the Mete-
orology Officer onboard the USS
Randolph (CVS-15) and in June
of 1963 was transfered to the
Ant art ic and served as Officer
in Charge of the U. S. Naval
Support Force.
Another transfer in January
1966 saw Ltcdr 21 ch promoted
t o Oormander whi 1 e st at i oned
at one of the Navy’s largest
Weather Facilities in Qronset^^
Roi nt, Rhode Island as Assist ant
Off i cer-i n- Char ge.
IBs last transfer to date is
to FI eet Weat her Faci 1 i t y,
Kef 1 avi k, Iceland where he is
now Of f i cer - i n- Char ge.
