The 1978 Ambassador’s Cup Basketball
Tournament draws to a close at 8 p.m.
tomorrow night at the base gym.
In the brief history of the Ambas-
sador's Cup Tournament, the Icelandic
National Team has won the tournament
seven times and NATO has managed one
victory.

Tomorrow's game promises to be an
exciting, fun-packed event.
All base residents are invited to
attend the meet and watch their co-
workers compete in fhe international
competition.
Keflavik Golf Association explained
The Keflavik Golf Association is a
non-profit organization with a stated
purpose..."to provide a continuing pro-
gram for the golfing community of the
Iceland Defense Force.
Golfing scores for intramural
golfers (those scores established on
scheduled intramural golf dates) will
be recorded and posted by the Athletic
Department. All other scores should
be rendered by the Keflavik Golfers
Association. The formation of the
Keflavik Golfers Association should
enhance the quality and services for
the golfing program in Iceland for
base personnel.

An organizational meeting for all
commands and activities wishing to
participate in the 1978 Intramural
Golf League will be held on Monday
at 1:30 p.m. in the base gym.
