of two women, who remain friends as one becomes a

E. DANNY—Drama (G). Twelve-year-old Janie loves
horses and spends as much time at the stables as pos-
sible. Her family is too poor to buy her a horse,

sical music brings together six aspiring pianists in
a recital contest. Richard Dreyfuss and Amy Irving
meet and fall deeply in love during several days that

G. NEW YEAR'S EVIL—Horror drama (R) . Roz Kelly is a
punk rock DJ doing a live television show on New Year's
Eve. Kip Niven is going around town killing people
and calling Kelly to tell him about it. Niven then

H. OLLY OLLY OXEN FREE—Drama (G). Katherine Hepburn
and Kevin McKenzie star in the story of a nine-year-
old boy who is planning to celebrate his late grand-
father's birthday by flying the circus balloon his

I. AN UNMARRIED WOMAN—Drama (R). Jill Clayburgh and
Michael Murphy separate after 16- years when he falls
in love with another woman. Jill is shocked and humi-
liated and finds she can't adjust to the single life.
