(AFNS) — With the reactivation of 28th Air Division here the 552nd Airborne Warning and Control Division has been redesignated the 552nd AWC Wing. The re- organization is intended to ease management strains created by the organizations' unique world- wide commitments. Theunitsare the primary operators and main- tained of the Air Forces's Fleet of 33 E-3 AWACS Aircraft. The 552nd also trains E-3 crew members and operates and main- tains EC-135 aircraft at Tinker. VA home loans WASHINGTON (AFNS) -- The Vet- eran's Administration reduced its maximum' home loan rate from 13 percent to 12.5 VA adminis- trator Harry Walters said the reduction reflects recent im- provement in the mortgage mar- ket. Coins and stamps There will be the annual Coin and Stamp Exhibit at the USO tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rare items will be auctioned. There will be free cake also. Mini course offered On may 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Family Services Center there will be a Navy Re- lief Mini Course offered to persons interested in volunte- ering as an office worker, case- work interviewer, evening/week- end duty watchstander, or any- one interested in knowing about the functions of Navy Relief.
