Craftech Programs
New Craftech hours will begin on Monday. Craftech will be open
Tuesday through Friday from noon until 10 p.m. and on Saturday and
Sunday from noon until 9 p.m.
A greenware sale will be held at the Craftech Center Saturday from
2 to 5 p.m. Greenware and bisque fired ceramic items will be available.
An introduction to ceramics class will be held each Tuesday from 5
to 9 p.m. Explanations on the use and application of a variety of glazes
will be provided by the instructor.
A photo instructor is available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
and all day Saturday to assist people interested in doing their own black
and white and color photography.
The Craftech Photo Shop is offering passport picture service for $ 15.
Before you travel, stop by the Photo Shop for your photos.
The Craftech Center offers a sublimation print system for transfers
to sweatshirts, sports shirts and T-shirts. Transfers can also be done on
jackets, caps, metal awards, mugs and special gifts.
Ceramic pouring classes are offered Wednesday and Friday. The
class teaches you how to pour, clean and paint for $12, including the
instruction, ceramic slip and tools. The class starts at 6:30 p.m.
A leather working class will be held next Saturday. Participants must
pay for the material used during the class and sign-ups are being taken
at the Craftech sales store.
The Leather Shop has carving tools, knives, punches and miscellane-
ous leather tools. How to instructions are offered to all patrons
interested in learning leather work.
The Photo Shop is equipped with enlargers for black and white or
color photographs and has chemicals to process color negative film,
black and white film and slide film. An instructor is on hand to assist
and demonstrate to patrons how to get started in photography and how
to use photographic equipment.

Youth Center
A boy’s slumber party will be held tonight from 7 until tomorrow
morning at 7. The cost is $5 per person and snacks and breakfast will
be provided. Don’t forget your permission slip, sleeping bag, pillow,
pajamas, toothbrush, etc.
“Ice Cream Sundae Night” will be held tomorrow from 7 to 10. The
cost is $1.50 per person.
Pizza and game night will be held tomorrow from 6:30 to 10. Pizza
is 50 cents a slice.
Bingo for kids will be held Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
The Youth Center is open Monday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. for
children in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Game night will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 for students in kinder-
garten through 12th grade.
Movie Night with free popcorn on Wednesday from 6 to 8.
Ballet, tumbling, tap, jazz, pre-jazz, ballroom dancing, adult
stretch and gymnastics classes are available through the Youth
Center. Special groups and private lessons are available. They are
planning another recital in May.

Bowling Center ^
Colorama will be held tomorrow night beginning at 8. The cost is $ 13
and sign up is one hour prior. For more information contact the Arctic
Bowl.
Red pin bowling is held Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Get a strike with a red head pin and win a free game.
Mid-day open bowling will be held Monday through Friday from 1 to
5 p.m. The cost is 75 cents per game.
Family Special on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. First person full
price and other family members half price. No smoking allowed during
this time.
Free bowling clinics are offered at the bowling center. Call to sign-up.
Command party time is every Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. Any command
is invited to come and enjoy a few hours of bowling. A command can
reserve up to eight lanes.
Planning a birthday? Reserve lanes at the Bowling Center for a group
of five or more and receive a free birthday kit. The kit includes plates,
cups, balloons, games sheets and invitations.

Gym Notes
The NATO Iceland Invitational Basketball Tournament will be held
April 12-18. Teams from around Iceland and the men’s NATO basket-
ball team will compete in the tournament. Come on out and cheer tte
NATO team to victory.
The Northern European Women’s Racquetball TournamenW
scheduled for May 3-6. There will be a local tournament here April 7-
8. The top two finishers wijl be eligible for the NATO Team.
A new Tai Kwon Do instructor is now on board and arrangements are
being made for classes to begin. Look for details to follow.
