Nina Koppel is famous for her ability to combine mystery and sim-
plicity in the most beautiful manner. Now she’s created Fusion,
a new ring in 18 carat gold.
The ring is made up of beautiful, simple modules that can be
joined together, enabling you to design your own person-
al gold jewellery.
Each module is available in three variants of 18 carat
gold: white gold, gold and red gold.
Individual pieces can be purchased separately, which
makes it possible to add gradually to the basic model and vary it using the three shades of gold.
"A fusion can be seen as an active undertaking, which is precisely what the new ring provides for, with
owners taking the initiative to choose their own personal combination of the six basic rings," says Christian
Christiani, Marketing Manager at Georg Jensen.

BLUE LAGOON SHOP OPENS AT KEFLAVÍK
AIRPORT
The first Blue Lagoon Shop opened within Íslandica at
Keflavík Airport on 30 May.
Design Group Italia, a Milan
based industrial design firm,
created the new Blue Lagoon
shop. The design’s aim was to
reflect Iceland’s Blue Lagoon, a
unique geothermal wonder. The
new shop’s walls were made of
natural lava with blue shelves to
mirror the lagoon's distinct blue
colour. The floor is white and
coarse in texture, resembling
the white silica mud found at
the lagoon’s bottom.
The Blue Lagoon product range is a skin-care line that uses natural active ingre-
dients from this geothermal lagoon, known for its health giving properties.
A unique combination of natural minerals, white silica mud and blue green algae,
make it possible for people around the world to
enjoy the Blue Lagoon's health benefits.
