101 UNKNOT YOUR SHOULDERS BY LIFTING THEM TO YOUR EARS IN A CIRCULAR MOTION. REPEAT. STRETCH YOUR ARMS UPWARD ONE AT A TIME. REPEAT FOR EACH ARM. BEND FORWARD SLIGHTLY.
