Bolli Kristinsson, one of the people
behind the project, told iceland
review that it is great to see so many
designers under one roof. “When you
see all this icelandic design in one
place you are surprised by the quality,
and there is something, as different
as the design is, that is common; you
sense that it is icelandic.”
the basement houses the second-
hand store 9 líf, operated by the
icelandic red Cross, and the health-
food restaurant gló, offering meals
and refreshments, is also located in
the atMo building—the perfect one-
