The Scent of a Viking
Want to smell like a Viking? If the new fragrances of aftershave and eau de
toilette by True Viking is anything to go by, you should. True Viking products
are available again after several years off the market and the company now
aims to present a new line of cosmetics annually. The design of its perfume
bottles by Hallvarður Aspelund is truly unique, resembling the characteristic
Viking drinking horn. True Viking products are available in the Duty Free
Store at Keflavík International Airport, in stores and hotels around the coun-
try and online at trueviking.is

essential destination for every art lover. There you will find an inspiring selection of

by the gallery shop. There, you will find a great selection of art books, catalogues,
cards and posters, published by the National Gallery to complement its exhibitions.

Eggert feldskeri, the Furrier
Having established his shop in 1977, Eggert ‘the furrier’ Jónsson is proud of the
fact that he has maintained Icelandic production after all these years. Located in the
heart of Reykjavík on Skólavörðustígur 38, his shop is simply called Eggert feldskeri.
Making use of what nature has to offer and not letting anything go to waste is Eg-
gert’s top priority. His Surf and Turf collection made from Icelandic lamb and ocean
leather exemplifies this philosophy. Eggert has gained international recognition for
his work and the majority of garments sold in his store are made in-house. Eggert
feldskeri’s designs are only available in his shop at the top of Skólavörðustígur.
